Broadband - Planned Maintenance - 10th June 2011 till 31st January 2012
Our suppliers are in the process of upgrading their network and as a result, some of our customer's broadband connections may be affected temporarily during this time.
The upgrading of our suppliers network will give our customers having a more reliable and stable service meaning that the connections benefit with better technology.
Once the upgrade has been completed it may take 10 days for our customers connection to stabilise During this period connections maybe slower than usual and you may loose connection temporarily. This is entirely normal and will ensure that you get the best speed and service that is available for your connection.
Broadband - Planned Maintenance - 26th January 2012
Our suppliers will be carrying out some essential maintenance on the broadband infrastructure on 26th January from 6.30AM till 8.00AM.
This work should not affect our customer's broadband connections.
