Our goal is to keep your computer operational. From the time of your call we guarantee to be on-site within 24 hours. If your call is logged in the morning we can generally be on-site the same day.

If the problem is of a software nature our experienced engineers will have your system up and running within a 2 hour period. If it is hardware related then we will replace the faulty item within 24 hours but the engineer will generally have a suitable part which can be used in place of your damaged one until the replacement arrives.
